Two boys stand beside a classic car at Tri-City Elks Lodge.

At 525 Main St in Louisville, the Tri-City Elks Lodge #2541 is the kind of place where a motorcycle poker run gets the same warm welcome as a wedding reception. Members and guests consistently describe walking in and feeling at home within minutes, and that reputation isn't accidental. It's built by people who genuinely like being here.

The Lodge has become a go-to venue for families who need a real space on short notice. When one Louisville family lost a loved one and couldn't get a callback from any other venue, Tri-City Elks picked up the phone, made it work, and delivered exactly what the family needed. That story shows up in the reviews because it's the kind of thing people don't forget.

Beyond the hall rentals and community events, this is a functioning Elks Lodge, part of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, one of America's oldest fraternal organizations. Membership comes with a network of people who look out for each other, support local veterans and youth programs, and keep the Lodge's traditions alive in the Front Range community.

What We Offer

The Lodge hall is a genuine multi-purpose space that has hosted everything from motorcycle poker runs to memorial receptions to family birthday gatherings. It seats a crowd comfortably, and the staff knows how to accommodate groups with varying needs and timelines, including last-minute bookings that other venues turn away.

For members, the perks run deeper. Elks membership connects you to a national network of lodges, access to member-only events, and a community that gives back through scholarships, veterans assistance, and youth programs. The bar and lounge area make it an easy spot to unwind after work or catch up with neighbors you haven't seen in a while.

Private event packages are available for non-members as well. Whether you're planning a celebration or need a dignified, affordable space for a memorial gathering, the team at Lodge #2541 will work with your schedule and your budget to make it happen.

"This place is amazing!! We called around to many places after the loss of a loved one no one could get us in with such short notice. We have used the hall here before it was great then so we crossed our fingers and asked the staff was so kind and they got us in with days notice the accommodated us and made it a great experience after a terrible loss. Thank you so much. On a side note when we were setting up we ordered wings for our daughter she informed us they were the best wings she had ever had!! She's very picky so they must've been great! Thanks again to you all it's so appreciated!!"

"I am not an elk but I popped in and was welcomed like a member. I was greeted by Lance the bartender and he introduced me to a member/cook named Alex who sponsored me and some buddies for the night. We spent a few hours bellied to the bar and listening to the stories from the members all of which who have called the elks club their spot for over 30 years. Ona side note, the membership rates are quite reasonable and it’s a great place to have a drink and learn a thing or two from those who may have seen more than you."

The Elks gave America
Flag Day.

Long before it was a national observance, the Order set aside June 14th to honor the flag. Patriotism has always been one of our cardinal principles, and every lodge meeting still closes the same way it has for over a century.
